		<description>我一般把干酵母溶于水后二十分钟左右，再和面粉混合。发酵时间要看条件啦，一般面团发到两倍大就可以了。我现在把烤箱温度调适到30度左右，放在烤箱里发酵，非常快，一个小时左右就可以了。</description>
