梨汁糕

话说上周买的几个梨即将成为“阶级兄弟”,立马上网寻求紧急救援方案, 还不错,找到一个用梨子做蛋糕的方子。麻烦了一点,还得把梨子熬成梨汁,但为了阶级兄弟,偶就豁出去啦。于是按方子一步步操作下来,最后调出水汪汪的一 盆,非常怀疑地把它送到烤箱去。这时忽然想起……哎呀呀,赶紧告诉熊这个“好消息”--明天林林小筑即将推出非常健康的早餐,因为偶忘了放糖#&^%×(^&×%

比方子多烤了15分钟,总共烤了40分钟。

第二天尝了一下,熊同学的评价是口感非常奇特,象芋头糕???我觉得挺好吃的,特别是冰冻以后,松松软软,细细密密,而且很湿润。不象蛋糕,更像冰糕,故名梨汁糕。

 

 

1 1/2

cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup vegetable oil
powdered sugar (to garnish)

Pear Sauce use 1 1/2 cups

6 cups pears, any variety (pared, cored and diced)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1

teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder,cinnamon, soda, salt, and cloves. Mix well.
  2. Stir in eggs, oil, and pear sauce till well mixed.
  3. Spread batter in sprayed 9 by 13.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or till center tests clean.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into bars and serve with ice cream or whipped cream and extra pear sauce.
  6. For pear sauce:.
  7. Mix all ingrediants together in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Cook for 10-15 minutes till pears are tender.
  10. Puree in blender .
